The Shining Levels play ‘Music Inspired by The Gallows Pole’

shining levels

Hello local (and not entirely local) friends.

On Sunday February 3rd 2019 a collective of musicians from Durham/Northumberland called The Shining Levels are playing live music inspired by my novel The Gallows Pole.

You are cordially invited. It’s at the nicely sociable time of 3pm-5pm and is part of Independent Music Week. I’ll be signing books too.

The Shining Levels play a heady mix of acid-folk, dark narratives, landscape hymns and Northern grit.

You can hear them here or buy a CD on the day.

Guest list for reviewers available.
